Very nice building, with a big open area in the middle. On floor zero there is reception, kitchen, breakfast room and sitting room. Floor 1 and 2 are for 3-4 rooms each, floor 3 and floor 4 are for taking sun and observing the city, because very few buildings reach 4 floors.It's located in the middle of Medina, which is very good for going shopping in tourist area.The hotel administrator is very well informed on all the excursions and activities in the city. He speaks very good English, French, and probably also some other languages.The rooms are spacious, with one big bed for sleeping and one little bed that we used for baggages.The rooms have excellent natural and artificial illumination, also the electric outlets are well positioned.

The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean and bright room at the top floor. Yousef (staff at the reception) was so lovely and very helpful, he helped us finding the riad (which to be fair was the only difficult part), and also carried our backpacks. Would definitely come back

We booked the Deluxe room which is on the roof as we really like a view and sunlight, this was so much better than expected, as I opened the main window I realised I could see the Atlas mountains in the distance framed by palm trees, flying overhead were a few of the storks which nest on the Badhi Palace ....to paint a picture it was beautiful. There is a patio above and directly outside the room which made me feel like we had our own luxury penthouse. Our Host was wonderful, breakfast very good, room clean, hot water good, wifi a little intermittent but good enough and as you are on the roof your simcard will work fine as a hotspot (buy your sim at the airport as you arrive.) The alley leading to the property is well lit and you will notice security cameras all along, no need to worry about anything, only 5 mins walk from the main square. It couldn't be better. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The property is very well decorated, clean and quiet. It is located in the heart of Marrakesh so it's easy to walk around from there. There's a beautiful small terrace, good for the view and to spend some peaceful outdoor time. The staff was really friendly and helped us also with our early departure.

The Riad was in a great location near the median very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very informative and friendly.

This riad absolutely exceeded our expectations! You couldn't ask for a more centrally located property, just a few minutes walk and you're in the middle of the Jamaa el-Fnaa square and souks, but quiet enough to think you're miles away. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff - Mehdi and Ali - they were absolute gems! Very accommodating and willing to help make everything as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was lovely every morning (we looked forward to this daily!) and the finishings of the riad and its decor was simply beautiful. Our airport transfers were arranged for us, as well as an excursion to the High Atlas Mountains, Berber villages & Agafay Desert which I HIGHLY recommended! Everything was hassle free and smooth.

The Riad is beautiful and was perfect for our stay in Marrakesh, located close to the main square where everything is happening, just walking distance. The owner was very helpful and went the extra mail for us to have a great stay.

the location was perfect!! it is a 3min walk from the Jemaa el-fnaa! the room was also very nice and clean and so was the staff! honestly no complains! Casa Sophia also has a very very nice roof top terrace!

location is in heart of medina, kind staff, rooms and all riad clear and with nice oriental smell.absolutlly recommendation10/10

Great location in the centre of Marrakech. The staff took great care of us & made sure we had a great time here - great value for money!
