The location of this riad is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable.

Staffs were very accomodating. Clean facilities and "homey vibes". Near enough the square, but far enough from hussle, noise of busy streets.
We were given packed breakfast (bananas and boiled eggs) as we were not able to have in the Riad.

The Riad is beautiful and was perfect for our stay in Marrakesh, located close to the main square where everything is happening, just walking distance. The owner was very helpful and went the extra mail for us to have a great stay.

The ryad is amazing, it’s the second time I go there because I loved it the first time. Clean, silent even though it is super close to the square, comfortable rooms, amazing staff and breakfast is great!
Cannot complain about anything really!

Good communication with the staff (about arriving, parking, taxi, breakfast), great location in the medina (5 minutes walking from main square, but still very quite), nice breakfast and always somebody available for questions.

Very nice building, with a big open area in the middle. On floor zero there is reception, kitchen, breakfast room and sitting room. Floor 1 and 2 are for 3-4 rooms each, floor 3 and floor 4 are for taking sun and observing the city, because very few buildings reach 4 floors.
It's located in the middle of Medina, which is very good for going shopping in tourist area.
The hotel administrator is very well informed on all the excursions and activities in the city. He speaks very good English, French, and probably also some other languages.
The rooms are spacious, with one big bed for sleeping and one little bed that we used for baggages.
The rooms have excellent natural and artificial illumination, also the electric outlets are well positioned.

the location was perfect!! it is a 3min walk from the Jemaa el-fnaa! the room was also very nice and clean and so was the staff! honestly no complains! Casa Sophia also has a very very nice roof top terrace!

The Riad was in a great location near the median very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was very informative and friendly.

The Riad is beautiful itself but the owner makes it even better, super welcoming, nice, friendly and super polite. Breakfast is amazing too, cooked by a cook in the morning for all the guests.

I researched riads for days and am so happy we chose Riad Casa Sophia! it was absolutely perfect, location and everything else! Beautiful, calm, quiet, and great energy-both the riad and the staff

The Riad has it's own character and you can feel like it's Marrakesh! But the staff are just wonderful! I had to have some online meetings suddenly, and they just let me work in their lobby area for hours after I checked out! Thank you so much

Nice and clean rooms. The staff is wonderful! The location is good once you know where to find it. It is a perfect place to relax after discovering the busy medina, especially on the rooftop.

The property is very well decorated, clean and quiet. It is located in the heart of Marrakesh so it's easy to walk around from there. There's a beautiful small terrace, good for the view and to spend some peaceful outdoor time. The staff was really friendly and helped us also with our early departure.

The riad is beautifully decorated, very clean and bright room at the top floor. Yousef (staff at the reception) was so lovely and very helpful, he helped us finding the riad (which to be fair was the only difficult part), and also carried our backpacks. Would definitely come back

We chose this accommodation because of the comments and reviews we read. We fully experienced what we expected. They are very kind and attentive. During our stay we were given breakfast to go 2x when we left the accommodation early, needless to say they offered it to us and we felt we could turn to them for anything. rich delicious breakfast.

Really beautiful Riad and superb service. Even though we had an early start, the host still bought us a lovely little breakfast of cake, fruit and juice, and helped us hail a cab in the Medina. Would definitely recommend!

We were welcomed very warmly at Casa Sophia and made feel at home. The staff was extremely amicable and hospitable, always ready to help with whatever we needed or down for a chat about traveling, culture, and life. Our room was well equipped with a beautiful ensuite bathroom - the terrace was just in front of our door. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay at the hotel again after a multiple-day trip away from Marrakesh. We highly recommend this Riad!

We booked the Deluxe room which is on the roof as we really like a view and sunlight, this was so much better than expected, as I opened the main window I realised I could see the Atlas mountains in the distance framed by palm trees, flying overhead were a few of the storks which nest on the Badhi Palace ....to paint a picture it was beautiful. There is a patio above and directly outside the room which made me feel like we had our own luxury penthouse. Our Host was wonderful, breakfast very good, room clean, hot water good, wifi a little intermittent but good enough and as you are on the roof your simcard will work fine as a hotspot (buy your sim at the airport as you arrive.) The alley leading to the property is well lit and you will notice security cameras all along, no need to worry about anything, only 5 mins walk from the main square. It couldn't be better. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great location in the centre of Marrakech. The staff took great care of us & made sure we had a great time here - great value for money!

This riad absolutely exceeded our expectations! You couldn't ask for a more centrally located property, just a few minutes walk and you're in the middle of the Jamaa el-Fnaa square and souks, but quiet enough to think you're miles away. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff - Mehdi and Ali - they were absolute gems! Very accommodating and willing to help make everything as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was lovely every morning (we looked forward to this daily!) and the finishings of the riad and its decor was simply beautiful. Our airport transfers were arranged for us, as well as an excursion to the High Atlas Mountains, Berber villages & Agafay Desert which I HIGHLY recommended! Everything was hassle free and smooth.
